LonSSMA is a networking / support group for people working in Student Services Management within accredited ELT schools in London.

We have a variety of job titles, and our departments all have different names and guises, but ultimately, it is our job to run the part of the school whose primary aim is to keep students safe and happy while studying with us in London.
The aims of the
Association are:
To offer support to people working in Student Services Management within accredited ELT schools in London.
To form a network of student services managers.
To share information and ideas for best practice in the field of ELT Student Services.
To assist each other in understanding and meeting criteria for British Council inspections.
To partake in professional development and training relevant to our field.
